1. Make sure your document is completely filled out, but do not sign it.

2. Have your current State/Government valid ID ready and take landscape photo of back and front

3. Take a landscape picture of the document you want notarized.

4. Make sure your PC or mobile phone is on and the camera and audio is working. Call us at 352-410-6928 and email your document to us

    at ptnfl@tampabay.rr.com.

5. After the above items have been completed you will  receive a email from DocVerify to be connected to DocVerify to answer a few questions and upload the ID and document and will be on camera and the notarization will be completed.
