1 Document with one signature =$10.00, with 2 signatures =$20.00.

Residential service
Rates are based on Zip codes and range from $40.00 to $75.00
Each Notarized Signature will be $10.00 per Florida Law.
15 minutes is allowed per visit to perform the notarization. Any time spent past that will be charged $25.00 per 15 minutes. All paperwork should be complete with the exception of your signature and witness's signatures. If the document requires witness's have them available at the appointment time. All signers must have current valid government or state issued ID cards.
Hospitals, Jails, Adult Living Facility, Hospice, Business,Hotels etc. within Hernando County.
A $75.00 Flat rate travel fee will be charged for Hernando county..$80.00 for Pasco county
